Manufacturers visits on problematic jobs are supposed to be joint visits so that the engineer can learn something new! Doesnt always work though.

I arranged a visit for baxi to change a flue collector on a powermax HE under waranty and the baxi guy rang me to find out when i was going to meet him on the job? I told him i knew the fault and thats why he was doing it and did he really want me to sit there watching him do it. He was insistant that i had to go too.
