bad hot water on protherm 80e combi

can anyone give me some advice on a protherm 80e combi
the hot water does not get very hot at all and if the c/heating is on
its worse,
when i turn the hot tap on the boiler dont light for quite a few seconds
and then does not stay lit for long at all ,
the c/heating seems to be working fine, nice and warm????
