Someone yanked on my pull cord of my vanity light. I tried to replace the switch but the brass donut just spins, it doesn't open the housing. How do I get in to fix the problem?. Also, the guy at the hardware store sold me a three way switch, pull cord replacement part - I don't think this is right, I just want a pull-one-time replacement. Thanks, Nancy
