Pump staying on.

Hi, I have a Potterton system central heating boiler whos pump is staying on continously after the gas and timer have switched off.

The only way to switch it off is to switch off the boiler unit and turn it back on.

What controls the pump in this way?

My boiler recently had a slight leak which may have entered the PCB area. The pump started acting up in the above manner after this. What solution - new PCB?
