pushfit on mixer taps

Hi to all
am fixing a new sink in utility next week, there is going to be a very limited space to work in so wondered if flexi, push fit fittings to the tap tails will be OK they are 15mm tails, also which pipes hot/cold or both do check valves need to go on

are they compression or pushfit? I see they also have valves on the are they service valves or check valves, failing all else is it possible to do away with the tails and buy flex ones that would make life easier
