when I lift the door handle, the top and the bottom tongues engage with the frame and the door looks without an issue. however when I open the door, turn the the handle down, only the upper tongue re tracts and the bottom one does not. it only retract partially just about to open the door. however I can not close the door as it touches the frame. I have to bush it back manually to close the door. is the door mechanism faulty and how easy to repair?
