We have a large garage that is going to be demolished and rebuilt.
In the mean time the roof is leaking and this needs to be dealt with to protect the contents.
The roof is part felted (flat) and part corrugated (with a shallow pitch).
I've masticed cracks in the flashing with the adjacent wall.
I've filled the gaps where the corrugated section meets the flat section with expanding foam.
The leaks are still significant but I'm struggling to identify where the water is getting in.
Any tips on what to try next?
It needs to be a cheap solution because the garage is probably getting demolished in a few months time.
