Radiator Fixings

I have a 700 x 1100mm CenterRad Compact Double (DG) radiator to hang on a plaster/brick wall. The radiator weighs 44.27kgs empty, so with water could be an extra 10Kg?
The brackets seem very small for such a heavy radiator.

At present I have used a combination of Hammer-In fixings (6mmx60mm) and also 2 sleeve Anchors each bracket (6.5mmx65mm)

I fear that this is not enough to support the radiator. What fixings are recommended for this kind of weight?

Brown plugs and 2 and a half inch number 10`s` is plenty
