Radiator needs bleeding but theres no tap !!!

I have 2 radiators upstairs that are hot at the bottom and cold at the top. air is the probable cause, but the radiators dont have bleeding taps on them as far as i can see. They are both singles. How do I bleed them?

run your fingers along the top back and you will find them

some have them covered over with a plastic cap too.
