Radiator sizing

Can anyone advise a suitable size / BTU output for a radiator for the upstairs room of my extension.
The floor area is approx 4.5 x 4.5 m with the highest point of the ceiling about 2.4m high.
The extension is concrete block construction, with 75mm cavity rockwool, and thermal blocks on the inner leaf. Roof is warm roof construction with 60mm of pu insulation above rafters and 60mm of pu insulation between rafters. One window and one velux rooflight.
