We have a baxi bermuda 552 back boiler with we *think* is about 13-14 years old. It currently runs 6 radiators. we are planning a new singel extension and will need to add radiators ? 3-4 (need to clarify that!). will the boiler accomodate this ? the product info states that radiator capacity is 25.5 sq.m without domestic hot water and 23.2 sq.m with , dont know what this means though  . the house is a standard 3 bed semi (approx 1959)

did think about getting a new boiler but the blokey that services did put me off and apart from a new pump and replcing a wire inside hasnt given us any trouble

25.5 square metres of rads without having a hot water cylinder connected

23.2 if you have

we do have a hot water cylinder connected, how many radiators does 23.2 sq.m equate to?
many thanks :D

I need to do this too.

Presumably you need to take account of whether they are single or double convector too. Is it simply multiply by 2 for a double?
