I live in leicester and after initial hour i charge £25ph...but you are in london.
another point is he could well strech it....i know i would on £90 ph !!.
get a quote, hanging 2 rads is a very standard thing to price up (not many unknowns etc) that way u know how much it will be.
then consider ring round and getting 2-3 quotes...some will do it over the tel.
