Hello All, I am new to this forum. It is very nice to see such a helpful web page on the internet at these hard time.
My question is I have a ticking radiator problem. These ticks start when the central heating starts and become less frequant when the radiator is worm. My question is do I need to change the radiator?? also how much does it cost to get a professional to do it?? I am located in NW11.
Many Thanks

Probably its just pipes rubbing against wood. Can be a pain to trace. If it's more metallic, it can be between the rad and the brackets. See if you can lift it a smidge, enough to poke some plastic covered wire between the two o the top brackets. SIngle core from flex will do.
