In this neck of the woods this would include fitting a radon sump like http://www.visqueenbuilding.co.uk/ourproducts_details.asp?productid=24 you will need one per 15m radius if you get my gist. Then from each sump you simply have a 100mm pipe that will need to run out to the external wall and then terminate above ground with an elbow and a cap. The dpm joints will need to be sealed. The dpm will need to be lapped up (usually the outer face of the inner skin) and lapped under the wall dpc and sealed to it. If the slab is ground supported it will also need to bear onto the inner skin so as to avoid the dpm from ever tearing should the slab subside slightly.

Effectively you are creating a gas tight bubble to prevent gas egress into the property.

Theoretically the capped pipes can be removed periodically and tested for Radon. If it were subsequently discovered that radon had begun to seep into the ground then a fan would be fitted at the end of each pipe to extract the offending radon.
