Ravenheat combination boiler - luke warm water from taps

When I turn the hot water on, it comes through only lukewarm but the radiators also get warm. Just suddenly started doing this today. Heating seems to be OK. Any ideas appreciated - is it something to do with a valve ??

Probably "just" the diaphragm in the diverter valve. Do a search on ravenheat and diverter.

Presumably the 820 and about 5-6 years old.

Typical problem not an easy DIY repair.

We allow two hours and hope to do it in one and a half with a few scraped knuckles!
