When boiler is on hot water only or when central heating is off I only get luke warm water from taps. When heating is on water is boiling and you have to add cold at taps. Changed the DHW and CH sensor (0007TER05005/0) the other week, could these still be faulty or could it be the Potentiometer 0012POT05010/0)
Please help.
