Rayburn central heating wiring

Hi there ive just installed a rayburn 355 Solid fuel to run my heating.

I was wondering if anyone has a wiring diagram i can follow to connect the relevant controls :

- strap on tank thermostat
- room stat
- boiler low temp return stat
- boiler hi limit feed stat (clamp on pipe)

I have a 10 way junction box to connect these up to.

ahh, so the stats only see a live feed from the mains and feed back the live to the pump when switched on.

I assume the thermostats dont have a neutral or earth, and simply switch a live?

Well i have managed to wire in the high limit stat which switches the pump on at the preset temperature, do i really need a low temp return stat?? - surely the high limit stat will switch off the pump when below the preset temperature.

do i really need a low temp return stat??

The low (return) stat protects the boiler from low return temperatures.
A correctly operating gravity circuit will provide the switching for the low stat before the high stat.
