Just moved into a new house, and finally got around to cleaning the patio. After jet washing it, my darkish patio is in fact a lovely yellow and red colour.
This might be to someone taste, but I would like to know of I can recolour the patio flag slabs to grey colour

I have done a little research and found this;

clear paving sealer and coloured it with the powder used to colour cement, to make any paint more slip resistant by adding plastersand to it.

Does this sound feasible?

Thanks for any advice

Are you talking about adding cementone or some such product to acrylic concrete sealer? If so I don't think it will work but try it on a small area or concrete block & see what happens. Failling that if you google "colouring old concrete" there are plenty of products you could use to colour the flags & then seal them after.

"there are plenty of products you could use to colour the flags & then seal them after." Idle I might be but could you name a couple as my patio is a mess.
