re felt flat roof

Hi, my house has a flat roof and needs re felting.can anyone tell me which is the best felt to use on top of the existing felt.roof measurement is 10Mx5.5M

Hi Legacy, theres a lot of its and buts here,the first, are you a roofer?
what conditions is your flat roof in? are the boards gone underneath?
You can use the best quality felt but if the application or applicator isnt right then its worthless.
Perhaps you can give us a little more info

thanks for your reply,
I'm not a roofer, the original felt is worn but not disintegrating.Boards seem OK .I presume the new felt needs to be applied using heat and bitumen.
