Hi, Our drainage accesss is to the rear/right hand side of the building...and we are keen to put an ensuite in on the left hand side (detached house)
The joists run against us internally, so I was hoping we can take a vertical stack outside, & run it under the patio to the inspection manhole.
I read on one of the other posts that you need a drop of 1 inch per metre. We're talking about an 8 metre run that needs to go around a corner. Does this affect the calculation? Do you normally fit a 90 elbow, or is it better to have a more gradual 2 x 45% bend approach.
Any idea on building regs implications of routing a waste pipe around the building in this way??
Help much appreciated...
