Could someone please recommend a wireless thermostat to use with a Potterton Promax Combi HE Plus A Range Condensing Combination Boiler.

If it's just a stat you need, get a Honeywell DT92E. But if you want a programmable stat get the Honeywell CM921 (24hr) or CM927 (7 day).

I'd go for the Secure (sometimes called Horstman one).

You need to pair it with a boiler receiver from the same manufacturer, but its a very easy to use device. Just replaces existing one so should be very easy to fit.

You can also program this for on/off using your computer and can control it from your PC or phone if you wish, so for example turn off the thermostat from the office if you are staying out late after work.

What about cost?

Different stats are different prices... why go for the cheaper? Are they poor in range, or just breakdown easily?
