Hi, is there anything available to reduce a section of soil pipe from the toilet to the stack (4" down to say 3") as looks like a real problem fitting in 1200mm shower tray and boxing in soil pipe in a bathroom 1325mm wide.

or does anybody have any idea how I would build a stable stud wall to encase the soil pipe and shower water supplies

Thanks guys, dont want a floor covered in poo.

Ive found I can work round it (just) with a little rerouting and strange studwork construction (verticle studs on wall then horizontal on top of them)

you can't reduce the toilet waste to 3"
If you can't, do you want to tell me why there are thousands of 3" stacks in Halifax, W/Yorks?

Not that I approve

from OPs description it appears he wants to reduce to 3" from 4" along the way which is not a good idea
some older WC were 3" outlet and that would not be reducing but using 3" all the way

Perhaps the Cowboy is only seeing the 3" vent pipe as he gallops past.

Perfectly acceptable.
