Ii read in the paper today that whilst corporation tax in the UK is 28% (down thanks to Mr. Darling from 30%) but in Ireland its just 12.5% and a number of companies have since registered in Ireland for this reason. What would you need (in Ireland) to register your company in Ireland but still operate within the UK and would there be any other tax advantages?
