Registering boilers

hello chaps advice pls..

fitted a boiler 2 years ago, (must of forgot to register it with building control)... serviced boiler on friday customer advised me she is moving which got me thinking and to cheak my files etc..

question is how do i go about registering a boiler i fitted 2 years ago ????

Issue a gas safty cert-that will satisfy solicitors etc.
