I've been given some conflicting views on whether relining a soil pipe is a good or bad option. Does anyone have a view here - if it doesn't work in your experience where is the most common area that it fails?

Thanks for your help,

John

INternal or external? Cast Iron vastly better internally - NOISE!

why does the pipe need religning, presumably its leaking and its difficult to access.

I would bite the bullet and replace the pipe, my drains were religned about 8 years ago, I still need to rod them to keep them clear of roots, I think religning is like a chemical damp proof course....bollx
