well could you run it between the kingspan and plaster board with a 25mm gap taking into account the foil

Yes you could, but how would you fix the cable? Don't know if you have access to the regs, but its all in table 4D5.

what do you mean fix the cable? sorry bit of a novice, i'm just running the wires a sparky is going to do the rest, could i channel out the inch kingspan right threw, about 2inch wide and duct tape it so the wire arnt touching it, then the plasterboard
