Hi,

Just rmoved a non loadbearing wall from my house, the plaster board on one side has moved and cracked and one board has a whole will need replacing. The other side is OK but for one crack.... none seems to have had there joints taped ?

1) I was wandering how best to remove the original skim ?
2) best mway to refix the board, Screws or more Nails ?
3) Should I replace partial boards or only complete boards (I have a whole in one ?
4) one the one crack in the other room should I remove some of the skim, tape and then get plaster to reskim ?

Once I have done this intended to tape the joints and get a plaster in to reskim to match the ceiling on the other half of the room which seems to be fine.
