Most likely something like this http://tinyurl.com/24no38m mixed 50/50 with water or whatever mix is recommended on the bottle.

Make sure that your cooling system is drained and flushed out with water. Then re-fill with a decent quality anti-freeze. Do not mix anti-freeze types, as these can set like jelly if they're not compatible.
