I have a 4 bedroom 1930s semi. The front, side and back is pebble dashed. It is fairly old, and when it rains heavy, the pebbles fall out. I wanted to have the pebble dashing removed, the original brickwork cleaned up and then rendered and painted.
Looking through various forums, the cost is this is likely to be£4/5K! Is this correct?
The alternative is just to render over the pebble dashing and paint. Can anyone see any problems with this?
