Hi,
I want to paint the internal walls of a double bricked, flat roof, outbuilding, built in the 70s.
The building is actually connected to the main house, so is more of an unheated extension rather than a completely separate building.
I'm not exactly sure what kind of paint is on the walls, but looks like a gloss (picture below).
Can I clean it down, and prime with Zinsser BIN or 123?
Should I add anything else to the surface (mould prevention?)
I'm just planning to paint it with a white matt emulsion.
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
