replacing a pull switch that runs 6inc fan in the loo

right... hope some one can help.. I have bought a new pull cord 2 way switch and it has L1 L2 and a com.. there are 3 wires Black, Blue and earth.. then 4 wires that go direct to the fan which are Red, Blue, Yellow and a earth... all this needs to be wired in some how... have not got a clue.. so hope some one can help me.. please xxx the old switch has 4 contacts + an earth including a red light that came on..

You've bought the wrong switch. You need a double pole 1 way switch with a neon.
