Evening, I'll try not to waffle too much. My shower pump has finally died ( lots of lovely clunking grinding noises when its on ) i thought not a problem I'll just order a new one from screwfix. My pump is currently in the loft but ive just read lots about not putting them in the loft, they need 600mm etc. The dead pump is a newteam varispeed 50, my hot water tank is on the landing and cold tank is on a raised stand in the loft but more like 300mm not 600mm. Anyone know of a pump that'll do the job or am i resigned to moving the new pump into the airing cupboard with the hot water tank?
