Hi, the hotplate on my NEFF T6872N0 hob has gone and I was advised by neff the replacement part is a Bosch 356337.
It arrived today but the connectors/terminals are different to the existing one so it doesn't seem as straightforward as just taking the wires off and putting them on the new hotplate connectors and I don't feel confident doing it without someone confirming which wires go on the new terminals.
I have asked Neff for support or a diagram but they won't help and said they will only provide info to an electrician. Anyone have experiance of this product who could help? Or should I get an electrician to do it?
