Replacing Old Fuse with MCB

My Cu is the old fuse wire type, I replaced the fuses with MCB (same rating) however 1 15 amp fuse keeps tripping. If I put back the old wired fuse it's OK. Can I up the 15 amp to a 20 amp MCB ( it's the main socks from the kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, kettle etc)

Details of OLD 15amp fuse and new MCB please, also is the circuit a radial or a ring? What is the potential total W to be drawn?
