replacment parts for a tritan shower

i have a triton spellbind shower that recently went up in smoke,looks like one of the terminals on the heater can has burnt out,causing the outer casing of the shower to melt slightly.this shower cost me around £250 and cant afford to just go and buy another one,so would any body reccomend that i cauld just replace the heater can (part#83307090).if so, i have seen one for £65 inc p+p,can any one do this cheaper...thanks..russ

have you tried the showerdoc.

what caused it to burn out was it a bad connection ?
 
the terminal has broken up in to burnt fragments and no longer in contact with supply.i have some pics but not to sure how to send them.

looks like you should get away with just a new can. showerdoc is £71.10.
