Hi there. I am upgrading a 'lean to' side roof (w x l, 2.5 m x 5 m). The new interlocking pantiles overlap the verges but the brickwork is not quite square so the tile edges are not parallel with the side walls. There is around 25 mm difference (increasing bottom to top) along the back wall. (The front wall is not so bad).
If I cut the tiles square (at the back), the verge overhang will be around 45 mm at the bottom and 70 mm at the top. If I taper the cut to keep the tile edges parallel to the side wall, the cut will get closer to the tile trough going upwards increasing the risk of water dripping from the edge of the higher tiles.
Any solutions would be great to hear!
