Retro fit wall tie

Around windows and patio doors i understand you need to fit a tie every block high as opposed to every 2 blocks.

I have done this mostly, but i have missed out 2 ties on one side of the window and 1 tie on the patio door.

Can i buy a screw in tie which i can fit as i am building up my external brick work ?

Oh, you haven't built the wall yet.

I've used both of these:

The top ones I thought were too short and the bottom ones too thick but both worked.
