Richmond sausages..................really?

can you have halal or kosher pork? Which is what the majority of sausages are made of. (Except Richmond sausages where the majority is something other than meat. I believe they say 43% meat on the ingredients)
No, you can't have halal or kosher pig meat.
Pork is not the only meat used for sausages. Actually, lamb, chicken, duck and venison (amongst others) can be used in sausages, but beef is common too.

You have to understand the definition of "meat". It's still pieces of the animal, but not muscle and fat as you might expect. It can include gristle, connective tissue, bone, blood, snout, ear etc....
