Riello Burner

Oil boiler problem - Enviromax with riello burner......
Burner will not fire.......pre purge orange light flashes then goes green but makes strange whooping sound and does not fire goes to red and then locks out. Photocell and control box replaced recently.
Fan? Oil pump?
Any advice would be welcome....Thanks.

Check fuel supply and filters. Have you run out? If all ok to burner, do you have oil pressure? Is solenoid opening?

Thanks for the advice.
Oil tank full - just had delivery. Aga running ok so unlikely to be the fuel.
Will check oil pressure next - thanks.
