I have a question about access rights. My house has a parking space which is on a private road that runs alongside my garden. I therefore have right of access along that road to get to my parking space (but no other rights).
I would like to sell the end of my garden to my partner so she can build a small house for herself there.
Do you think my right of access would mean that I could also have access to a parking space for this second house? Is it worth looking into or a complete non-starter?
