I've just returned from holiday to find that the cistern on my Roca single flush push toilet is leaking into the pan. Having removed the lid it looks like the issue is that the natural position of the syphon is not aligned with the hole in the cistern lid. When the lid is on the syphon is pushed back causing the leak, there is no leak if the syphon is allowed to sit naturally.
Is this a problem someone has encountered before? I know that the washing failing is a common problem for these toilets but I can't work out how to remove the syphon to replace (there is no given when I twist or pull it and don't want to break anything) so haven't been able to check if this solves the problem.
Any help greatly appreciated.
