We have a outside kitchen waster/run off drian that keeps getting blocked, possibly by neigbours & therefore called a man in to flush drains. Anyway, they were unsuccesssful in clearing the bloackage. I therefore decided to excuvate the area to find out what way the drains flow & see what i could do to fix the problem as the drain gully was to tight to fit ridged rods down. Anyway, ended up cracking the clay pipe and therefore the situation currently looks like this.

fortunately we are the first drain so not getting everyones muck. Anyway with clear access to the pipes I was able to rod and clear the blockage.
I am now getting ready to repair pipe work & fill hole. I have lots of ideas on how to do it, but to prevent this problem happening again i want a roddable gully or access hatch. If i went of the access hatch option, would i really need to put a gully trap in as any nasty smells would escape from the access hatch.

of can you get roddable gullys with traps?
or are they better options for doing this? also bear in mind, i plan getting pipe bits from wickes.
