Found this at a house where customer had just moved in...
He asked me to look at why the dining room fitting was not working.
I guess it was put there purely to look good and help sell the house.
Also in that room was a wall mirror. Why did they leave it? To cover some wall light cables...
He also asked if I could refit this switch.
The top of the switch box is level with the wall unit. The tile finishes part way up the box and to get it on at all, they had broken the re-inforcements from the back of the screwholes in order to get the screw to go in at a crazy angle...
