The central ridge tile can be bedded with cement on there side and you can fix yours down with the dry ridge system, as for the felt you can leave 6" on the end and push it under your neighbours tiles.
Laths will be laid across the two houses. There may be some joints near the party wall.
Normally you would leave the existing felt in over the party wall and cut it on your first rafter in. This is so you can lap the felt without going too far over the neighbours roof. Likewise for laths, but don't have all the cuts in a line up the same rafter, stagger them. Watch out for some laths that have the joint over on the neighbours side near the party wall. You should not leave small lengths of lath.
Don't forget rockwool fire stopping on top of the party wall and in any soffit void.
