Does anyone know how to remove a rotary clothesline that has been cemented in then has plastic collar at the base which looks like it should unclip. The dryer is from homebase?

cut it off flush or just above & grind the rest down?
Does it not just pullout? most are fitted into a sleeve that is pushed into the groupd first (or in your case cemented) so should come out.
Drill a hole through the post & put a bar through to help extract it?
