Rubber shower/bath attatchment

I need a shower attachment that fits on to my bath tap. The tap I have is a mixer and the only such attachments I can find are only suitable for 2 singular taps.....does anyone know if a shower attachment that exists for mixer taps?!

Might be easier to change the tap to shower mixer taps? Not heard of a attachment hose for mixer taps
