I have a sagging plaster board bathroom ceiling. unfortunatly the house had been empty for 4 years before I took it on and a small rook leak made the plaster board soggy and as a result it pulled away from the ceiling joists. I've tried to pull it back into place using plaster beard screws but it won't budge. If I re-wet the plaster board will I be able to pull it back into place or do I just bite the bullet and pull it down and replace with new?
