I have an negative head twin ESP50CPV pump that started playing up so I've replaced it. Having read a little more I came to the conclusion that my hot water was slightly too hot and that the little black bits in the hot tap must be the hot water sides impeller disintegrating.
I took the pump apart to confirm and yes the impeller is half missing!!
My question is as everything else seems ok (although the last symptom was that the pump stayed on unless I turned off the switch) is it possible to get a replacement impeller?
It's not under warranty or anything but with a small piece of plastic and a lower hot water temp I potentially have a fully working pump again which will save me £390 next time I need one!
