Sanders

I am trying to sand some wallks down that I recently stripped of paper. I was going to lining paper it but the window and rad are just too damn awkward and I don't mind sanding however my sander is awful and the paper just flies off it. Can anyone suggest a good sander....budget is <£50.

Normally I find these problem are because the sander is too powerful or the sandpaper is not tight enough in the orbit holder or cheap quality paper.
I prefer the velcro sandpaper type which is a lot easier, less hassle and easier to change the paper over.

The one I use mostly is the Bosch Ventaro which is a little dearer over your budget but does other things as well, a useful tool. I really got this mainly for drilling holes and collecting dusts at the same time.
