Saunier Duval 620F no heating or water help please?

Hi,

The boiler failed last night and now have no CH or Hot Water, if there is anyway you could help me getting it going again, I would be grateful as money for a new boiler is non existent!

I have always had trouble getting the pilot light going and last time it involved me talking to SD tech help and running the hot water tap to fire the boiler again.

I have tried resetting the bolier by turning off and trying to get the pilot light to ignite, but nothing happens there now either!

You dont seem to have read all about these boilers.

Have you checked system pressure?

It would get it going again if you called someone to repair it for you.

However, few people like working on these boilers for the reasons you will read on this forum.

British Gas might and so might Heateam.

British Gas will replace the boiler and give you extended credit.

Yes system is pressurised, and thanks but I can't stretch to 2k for a new boiler at the mo
